Ruby Waters, born on July 20, 1997, is a Canadian singer-songwriter also known as “Sapphic Pink.” She has Métis and Slovak heritage and was raised in Shelburne, Ontario. Her musical journey began early, thanks to her parents who were in a country band together. She started busking and performing in bars around the age of 13. Ruby initially gained attention when a video of her performing her debut single “Sweet Sublime” became popular on Reddit.
